I solved my issue by taking a side off of my case and putting a small desk fan blowing directly into it. The LED is on when the hard. Connects to the power switch on the chassis front panel. You may configure the way to turn off. This is actually OK with me and I can live with it. So i figured something is wrong either with the cpu or mobo. If you need me to run anything on the machine and post here, let me know – happy to do it.

And do you have a case speaker plugged in at all? Connects to the speaker on the chassis front panel. When i turn on the power, cpu is working and everythingelse but Post screen doesn’t comes up. And also, double check to make sure your processor fan is plugged into the correct spot on the mobo, mine is mislabeled, another issue I had found and corrected.
